absolutely great and accurate although I think that I was more annoyed when getting gaffed around to get mine.........who are the pillocks that get these "responsible" project jobs.I think we should be told and they can be locked in Notcutts for the rest of the year
I thought this was so funny. The hospital is a nightmare.Yes we were promsied the earth to move there - parking, lovely working environment. We got no parking and the place is like a prison. Single rooms are all the rage - but half the televisions dont work. The wards are massive and go are walking miles to try and see a nurse. Infact the wards are so vast that the staff have to carry mobiles so everyone can ring instead of walking. Go back to maidstone hospital - warm, friendly and loved dearly
Ha ha ha ... I have just done that helter skelter walk today - well, some of it before taking the now well worn shortcut across the flowerbeds :) ...and spent 20 minutes trying to park for a 10 minute clinic appointment. Sure glad I didn't go by bus as I would still be travelling home to the other side of Maidstone !
This is absolutely brilliant - they say laughter is the best medicine they should probably send this out with the induction pack.....Thank you whoever thought this up you're star(s).
I'd love to hear from any Ambulance drivers what the average time is to get a patient to the hospital is now. Getting there in any traffic is a nightmare. You can't go down to the industrial estate as it is rammed (and only going to get worse now Asda are opening up).
Brilliant sums it all up!. Got to ask who did design/designate parking space numbers here and at other PFI projects. Are they all the same ? Is it/was it a political decision at the time to be seen to be "green " and discourage car usuage?
Ahhh.......Perhaps the bus should detour around the car parks and pick them up? Of course this would incur another small charge to the patients,,,,,,,,lets say £5 return, that should cover it? well every little helps! :-)
This is fantastic. and what about the 2 mile helter-skelter walk from the parking lot (which would be 100 yds tops as the crow flies) they must think the sick and dying need the exercise. Or maybe it is the governments idea. I can just see them now " I know lets make them walk two miles to the door, whilst experiencing the frustration of constantly turning away from it to follow the path, that should kill a few off and save us some money"
Fantastic! bet all the managers have parking permits.....

I find this video offensive in the extreme. HOW DARE some one compare hitler to the NHS. Hitler was organised AND had russia to park in :P

The whole thing regarding parking is a joke let alone trying to even get there in the first place at any normal time of the day !!!
