I've never seen an ROH show but I have seen a few shimmer matches. I think ROH and Shimmer should get a working relationship going with TNA in order to get their wrestlers more exposure and tv time.

Jimmy Jacobs is absolutely the most overrated shit ive ever seen in ROH. He IS is direct rip off of circa 1996/97 Raven and is mediocre at best in the ring, he can only work gimmick matches. I LOVE ROH but am afraid shit is getting to their heads and building their ego's the wrong way. I think ROH PPV is not a good thing as it delays about 6 weeks longer then a typical release and it can mess up shit with storylines and what not. Not to mention the cheesy skits on them "Rising Above Ending" UHG
The ROH Forums make you NOT wanna be a ROH Fan lol for real. None the less Im up to 120 DVDS and been to 9 Live Evens, would go to more but im not in The NY/NJ/Philly Area or the Mid West. I fallowed Raven into ROH, I'm an Raven mark, and I'm so glad I did. I also found out about TNA towards its start because, again, I fallowed Raven there.Being a Raven mark was a good thing, I honestly don't think I'd consider myself a wrestling fan if I hadn't found ROH and TNA. My direct TV doesn't even show the PPVs when ROH actually has one. It really sucks.
Also, I'd say I'm just a casual fan of ROH, I don't follow it all the time, but I do watch here and there. I did watch it a lot more when Special K and Teddy Hart was around, mainly because I'm a fan of Hart, Fleisch, and Slim J.

I mean, I still go there on occasion, but not nearly as often as I used to and I don't enjoy it that much either. I basically do it to keep up with the newswires and read Gabe's other posts which are awesome. It's a great think that PPV is attracting so many new fans. Not sure why some other ROH fans don't agree.
It's really easy to get into. I would recommend tournaments. This is because you learn about different wrestlers and different organizations all in one show(s).
I've only seen Driven from ROH, it was good but and I liked it but I'm not a huge fan of ROH per say although I did enjoy the show. I will have to check out a few more shows befroe I actually see if I like it constantly. I would go to live shows if I could, but I'm in Aus...so I can't.

It's really easy to get into. I would recommend tournaments. This is because you learn about different wrestlers and different organizations all in one show(s).

I've only seen Driven from ROH, it was good but and I liked it but I'm not a huge fan of ROH per say although I did enjoy the show. I will have to check out a few more shows befroe I actually see if I like it constantly. I would go to live shows if I could, but I'm in Aus...so I can't.

As for ROH elitistsm I can understand that they are pissed off at some of the new fans and look at them as "posers" but if they really love ROH then they should be happy that they are getting bigger.

There has been a lot of people hoping on ROH's dick the past few months. I have followed ROH since it started but really
started buying more dvds in 03. People can support any product they want, but because they really love the product and support it not because they think it's "cool" or whatever the fuck.

I agree with you. However, if they are supporting the company, what's wrong with them liking a promotion after one show. As far as the dick-hoppers, I can't stand them.
