ok so i read online that your supposed to chose your skills opposite to what you do so that you can control your leveling up. Is that true? like go combat and chose major skills that you wont use often so that you can increase your minor skills without the enimies leveling up? but you seemed to do the opposite and made your major skills accompany what you use?

@ObamaGoesPostal If you're a pure mage, wielding a shortsword is useless. Use Light spells instead of a torch, and having your staff out is generally a magey thing to do.

@anonb8 That's because I got sick of the framerate on Oblivion, so until I get the best Raedon card on the market, I'm not uploading anything. I love the game, but Bethesda did something wrong with the fps, I'm sure of it. Hell, I ran EVE Online at max everything with Fraps on, and it hardly lagged, but Oblivion just frustrated me to the point where I'm not uploading that until my framerate is better. Still, he looks epic and I think you'd love him.

@MrMoorasPowrocil Well, I always make a 100% mage to simplify leveling and then increase all my other skills along the way. You know, roleplay the guilds and mix all of the classes up for the main quests. Of course, i get and make a lot of mods now, but I did that even more in vanilla.

My mage is just like that. Though I am mostly Illusion/Destruction, i sometimes use alteration. I have all custom enchants on my robes/hood. I have my frost staff from Arcane University - :). 80 frost damage. half a mil gold, and also elven horse armor :P

@ThyHunnyNut ur magic will do a lot of damage if you level them up. Major skills only are important in the fact that they cause u to level up AND when u first start the major skills have a minumum starting level of 25. If you levrl up your magic alot the yes you can do a lot at a low level

I watched the making of oblivion movie and they had a guy who sat on a couch and played through each and every quest hundreds of times, trying all sorts of different things to see if he could find any bugs in the game. That was his only job. I'm pretty sure Bethesda tried their best to make sure there were no bugs in the game, I'm on my second playthrough on my ps3 and so far the only bugs i've encountered are getting stuck between rocks.

My hypothesis is that they had quality control for the console, but pretty much shafted the PC community because of the cost.

I used like nine sigil stones to pump my bretons manapool to like 700. Then I created fortify magicka and intellignece/willpower spells at the arcane university that last 120 secs..

Something you should know about the inferno spell (which i think it custom made by you in the pxagraphy thingy).

when you add the weakness and damage effects in one spell, the weakness effect doesn't apply for the damge effect of the same spell.

i think it should be online and offline, but online you're only with people of 3 levels eg. world 1 levels 1-3, world 2 levels 4-7 that way new people wont get raped by good people and it's all fair, but it's only optional

The best multiplayer for Oblivion would be if there was one city (Kvatch maybe?) that was MMO but with things like pickpocketing disabled and co-op if you want it like with Borderlands. Also, online fighting in the arena would be cool.

the Hyper Toxin can be one Target type. It costs really low mp comparing to the usefulness. The triple attack I recommend to be Touch type, this way makes lower mp cost and very higher chances of hitting. A targeted triple attack has a lot miss percentage and costs more mp.

I like summons but didnt find one perfect for me. I want summon Lich for 120 seconds but I do not have enough mana (any clues to get it please?). Actually I am using Draedoth - 120 seconds w/ 25 speed buff (120 sec).

Yeah, i've just made a new character, and my Fingers of the Mountain quest is messed up. I got the book, gave it to the crazy bitch, the stole it back and gave it to "teekius" or whatever he's called. And now i have the fingers of the mountain quest permanently in my quest log :(
