Wow Michaels' words resonate with me deeply. He's so true about choice and recognizing the equality from spirits perspective. Not an easy thing to do though, takes indeed practice directing our awareness to unity or truth that transcends duality

Recognise this also in the process since my break up from a long relationship, where I have days feeling negative about myself or the other and realising at the same time this comes from duality and fear, and feel the need to be in that unity spot again

A questionI have had for a long time. I am speaking metaphrically, if you reach down and pet a snake and he bites you, you forgive him of course, but do you try to pet him again? I have a boss who I forgive on a daily basis and the next day or week he will do again the same thing I forgave him for the last time.

I really like your show. I have been watching lately but I have one problem. The 10 minute leadin(Exageration) is a little extravagant. For those of us that have watched your show continuously it get frustrating waiting for the whole thing to load. It wont keep me from watching but I usually turn it on and then go do something else for 10 mins and come back to actually watch the content. Thanks for what you do, keep up the good work
