this all has to do with big corporations need to create a large population that consumes, thereby spending money, but who are not paid by the companies they are buying from. and if they are, they're encouraged to buy all of their products from such a corporation, like wal-mart. if they create a large population of perpetually unemployed people, who will always consume, but get tax dollars from the government to do so, ala unemployment checks etc, they get even more benefit to keep jobs overseas.
