What nonsense. How is 75 million dollars of aid to dissidents not intervening in a country's internal affairs? Let me give 75 million to the militias in Iraq and the Taliban, or the Mexican drug cartels and see how much havoc they create for America.
And the reason the budget is so small is because NEWSFLASH! WE ARE IN A RECESSION with almost 100% of our GDP in debt! while we're also bogged down in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan (aid) and now Yemen.

Rischard Pearl is the 'Trojan Horse' for Israel.
He is the mastermind in US going into Iraq which is now proved to be started upon false pretext.
People like Richard Pearl always think about Israel first in each and every move that US makes. He should declare himself an Agent of Israel.

The US and Israel should give up its own nuclear weapons before it can comment on any country's nuclear armaments. The US has more nuclear weapons than any other country.

That is no deterrent to a leader who has a strong sense of an afterlife and dying for a cause.
The West was lucky in dealing with communist leaders who knew as atheists that there was no afterlife and therefore these issues have to be dealt with in this life (on a five year plan).
