@tehpwnxorz Thanks for asking! Among other things, the concert celebrated the 50th anniversary of the hula hoop with a hoop giveaway to all kids in the audience. Thanks for your comments! The tune "Harlem Nocturne" is a jazz standard written by Earle Hagen in 1939. Our version was arranged for concert band by Alfred Reed. It was published many years ago, possibly in the 1960's.
