It's not a "Guided" Tower. It is a guyed tower. I find it interesting that the voice says OSHA allows free climbing in situations like this. Sure they do, until you or your boss gets caught, or someone is injured or dies. I've climbed towers for over 40 years, and would never do this without safety gear attached.
