It's too bad to see how John McCain has changed in vying for his presidential nomination. I truly believe that man was shaped for the worse by the Republican party and their smear tactics when campaigning against each other. He was disgusted in pandering to the far right and so disgusted with Bush and his party that he almost ran with Kerry on his ticket. At least the anger was channeled positively for a while and it caused to him to reach over and get stuff done, partly in spite to his party.

I expected nothing less from McCain. He's a Republican and, despite his being a "so-called maverick", when losing in these "early polls", he sticks to the Republican trait of LYING his ASS off and throwing as much mud on the wall to see if it sticks. And, like her primary, Palin is doing the same thing.
This time, we'll see how many Republican threaten to leave the country WHEN Obama and Biden win the election. And IF they win, we ALL win!! If not, we ALL LOSE. :-(

first of all who is "you all" second of all he's not running for anything, he already won. Anyway he doesn't stand for socialism, you need to do your research before you make such a statement. Fyi, he is a strong believer in capitalism, but on one end of the spectrum we have homeless ppl starving & begging for nickels and dimes, and on the other end we have billionaires that can afford to just blow money on a daily basis. He is just trying to make things more fair and humane.

and about the the poor homeless people, THATS WHERE CHARITY COMES IN its not our duty to give the money to the goverment through taxes too give these homeless people money, half these people are really lazy and wouldnt bother working by their selves too earn money, if we stopped giving every single homeless person money through taxes and allowed the wealthy too have bigger jobs wouldnt that leave open spots on jobs that these homeless people could get money from?

paying taxes that go torward these homeless people brings us closer to the level of the homeless level rather than giving them chances too come closer to our level
