I cannot believe that idiot who was calling for legislation making it possible for a public or Senatorial mandate to "recall" Supreme Court Judges. The ENTIRE point of the SC judge position is that it is above politics and popular vote, and therefore impartial. If you start chaining them to a possible recall mandate, you run the risk of tainted decisions being handed down to placate voters or a Senate Recall Committee. I can't believe how stupid some Americans are, and they seem proud if it!.
