The guy's name is Kenji Ohta and he came up with the idea for GTD+R. As Plautus said, you can Google this and the blogger blog he has set up will give you the details. I've used this system for over a year now and it's excellent.
Very cool, visual, tactile, pro-active game metaphor variation on GTD. Flexible enough to use just the parts that work for an individual's needs. I use the Today/Inbox pocket to complement the use of GTD software. This helps get me away from fiddling with software too much.
so how does it work? I mean, it looks like you are very organized but if someone asks you info about a project you have to start pulling the little card of their envelopes and they end up mixing! and what's that on the table? a diagram? explain!
Google "GTD + R". It's clear enough to follow, especially if you're familiar with GTD. I think I might try to adapt it to use with my local paper/card sizes (USA).
It is very useful too for developing ideas or personal projects. I like it!
