If this cosmic wish thing really worked why would you be so selfish with it and order yourself a load of trinkets when there are so many poor and starving in the world. I could find many more things the world needs and share the love. If you needed to wish for a car you obviously couldn't afford one so why have you not wished for a million bucks. Your office is tiny/ box room why have you not cosmically ordered a bigger house. . Not coming across as someone with a big endless bag of wishes.
