@Nikko3001 yeah. you can hook subs up without an amp the only problem is that it wont get crazy loud. I had two 12" Eclipses in my 92' Honda Accord and they hit decently but if you want them to hit hard, get an amp.

I mean, they bought me a new car, they pay for my gas...plus, tiny car + subs = awesome. haha. But this car's gone. Check my latest videos. It's still a honda fit, but different color/model. Just a touch less gay lol.

Not necessarily "better," but louder, yes. But I keep them pointing up 1, because I think it looks cooler; 2, I can play them like that with my back seats down or up, and when I face them towards the trunk with the seats up, they're pretty much right against the trunk and I need to give them more room for that; and 3, I like to watch the excursion and monitor it so they don't jump too far out of the box.

No. I've had a sealed box tuned to 40hz, and another ported box tuned to 32hz.
