Cant listen to this, Snowbound or Ripples without thinking of my ex husband who left me 11 year ago. I dedicated this to him when we were in our twenties and huge fans of Genesis. I'm about to see him again at my sons wedding in May; he's re-married to a younger woman, Their music feels like it cries with me..Genesis you rock, so 'Ill always listen and feel whatever emotions that come with it Thanks
The video imagery is such a great choice. The stream throughout the seasons is such a great metaphor for the natural flow of a relationship over time.
I am a true Genesis fan and usually dislike when i hear others try to sing Phil's songs (hence I hated Ray Wilson joining Genesis). ...but, I must admit I thoroughly enjoyed your version of a dear song to me. So much so, that I have actually embeded your version of it. Thx very much for making me dance again.
