man this is not crosseyed if you use the cross eyed vison in this video you get a very strange effect objects witch are close to you seem to be far away u have to use paralel vision
For those of you having trouble, make sure that each eye only sees its corresponding screen (in other words, block the right "screen" from your left eye, and block the left "screen" from your right eye, so that each only sees one screen). It makes it very easy to see in 3D.
it's not stereo view. You just made in the right one small delay, but that's not how stereo view works. U need to rotate it 5-7* orthogonally to achieve stereo view effect.
most of this looked pretty flat to me... do they realize that stereoscopic imagery involves pictures from 2 slightly different positions? not just 2 slightly different frames behind or ahead of each other.
Hey, Good idea with this video. I use iZ3D drivers to make 3D videos but I always wished I could watch the intro movie in 3D. I used Growler Guncam, like fraps but better, to capture the intro vid now I'm going to use this offset method to see if I can get it to work. Since the camera is moving in one direction on this, and the intro vid is from his first person perspective it might not work as well but I'll give it a try and see if I can upload the vid a little later.
well I tried once to make an 3D train vid with my Canon EOS 20D... I put it on a stativ and made about 25 frames one after another with 8fps...I call it 2D/3D because the background is flat and the train in 3D... pretty cool :)
If you have damaged eyes you're brain might not be able to pick up on the 3D. Have you ever used red and blue 3D glasses to watch or look at something in 3D?
Also, this video isn't done in true 3D because it wasn't made for it. It is a video file in 2D converted to 3D by offsetting the timeframe. Watch my video to see true gameplay in 3D crossview here... watch?v=vMpyksmLo8Q
@CrysisOwnsHalo or just cover the outside images with ur hands. in other words, you will focus your right eye to the left image by covering the right image from ur right eye and youll focus your left eye on the right image by covering the left image from your left eye. you should be seeing one CLEARLY FOCUSED 3d image between your hands. it works, trust me, i can't do it without my hands.
For me it does. You see, my eyes stay in perfect focus when they go outwards. When they go inwards, everything is out of focus, and I can't see it anyway.
well, if you try to follow the rules, the game should get more immersive and 3D, in a way similar to what happens when you wear the blu-red glasses, but in this case it happens without the glasses. You get the illusion that things jump out of the tv. In other words, the video seems real and not 2D as usual. Let me know if you get it :D
Right is faster than the left, resulting in unsynchronized 3D vision.
How idsppointing.

You should make the video again, properly so that it looks better. The right and left are not in sync.

it would be nice if the videos were synchronized.

is it the actual video, or when you cross your eyes that makes it blurry? crossing your eyes naturally makes it blurry, unless you practice.

Yep! I couldn't explain better than the instruction I wrote in the top right hand corner of your screen :)
Concentrate on the central image and try to eliminate the other lateral ones limiting your view with your hands. Let me know how it goes.

I could block the outer two out, but I still can't see in 3D. What am I doing wrong?
