It's an interesting intellectual exercise, but you're essentially creating a new dance and losing the aspects that make Lindy Hop what it is.

Yes you CAN dance to this music, but why would you want to?

Not really worth it to practice new footwork for just 1 song... 5 beat swing doesn`t exist outside of that one song.

All regular moves work just fine on this song, no need to change everything like that.

Or if that`s what makes you happy you could always to 7 count lindy to traditionnal greek songs :)
