Someone in the audience had a poster that said "Free the gnomes" and there's a vid on here of him asking them what the whole free the gnomes thing is about and he thought it was funny so he brought the sign up on stage for PDSTM ...I don't really know what it was about though lol if you youtube "david cook free the gnomes" you'll find the video...
