@iiishiii8 If you have dandruff try using the Nizoral shampoo. Many people have claimed it is the best shampoo for dandruff and it's been also the closest thing to a cure. You can also mix these ingredients to clean your scalp --> 1 Tsp - Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp - Honey, and 1/4 Tsp - Apple Cider Vinegar. Let it sit in for 5 minutes then rinse out. Afterwards, rub 1/2 Tsp - Olive Oil on your scalp to control the flaking. All of these items are the best solution for a healthy scalp.
I just did my big chop last week and my hair is very close to my scalp but my hair was itching so I put one teaspoon in 8 ounces of water and I cleaned my hair with the vinegar for about 3 minutes,I rinsed and conditioned and my scalp feels a thousand times better....
Since I know my scalp is sensitive,I used a teaspoon instead of a tablespoon.....
lol is that a pet bird? ours always wants to out-talk everyone like that, especially when i'm uploading videos haha! great tips though. my daughter used bs on her dreads tonight and changed her mind about it completely! it really is the best cleansing method!
@naimae It's alright. It seemed to dry my scalp a little, but my hair was very soft. I'm very sensitive so I might not be doing this very often. It was definitely worth a try!
Hi there, I too like using this method. How often do you try this? Mine is sometimes every 2 weeks. Are there any good moisturizers that you like to use after this? Thanks!
@BeesOHoney Hey there again =) I haven't done this method in a while I usually do it every time I wash my hair at least every two weeks; I have been trying some new products I got from Ziporrah beauty thats why I haven't used it in a lil bit. I like to use my shea butter after this method; right now im loving great tea hair & body butter from ziporrah; great moisturizer! Thanks for watching Queen! =)
i would love to use that on my dreadlocks. my hair is really dry. i was just wondering how much of the backing soda do you use and how much of the viniger do you use. thank you!
@mauricio1392 hey sorry for the late reply, there was not a particular amount that i used i just poured some in the bowl and made a paste, i guess maybe a few tablespoons it was. I've been using it differently lately (dilluting it in water) check out recipes on naturallysexy.co.uk thats where i get mine from. thanks for watching my dear =)
@Ch0xie im so sorry for getting to you late; did you try the baking soda out? I dont know if I would have done the paste; i might have just done the baking soda dilluted in a lot of water. thanks for watching, once again i apologize for the late response
@naimae dont worry about it. well i took my braids down they were in for 11 wks (longer than i wanted) and i didnt end up doing this but mayne next braid set.
Hey I have braids and used baking soda and conditioner to cowash ma braids and giiirrrl y 2day which is the day after i did this I stll have baking soda caked on my hair looking like a fool..lol and I swore I washed it good..help
Hey sis sorry that happened to you... My guess, and im just guessing.. is that the conditioner may have made it a lil more difficult to wash out, where as just pouring water on ur scalp would not help as much as ur hair being submerged in water would, or standing under the shower head, im not sure how u washed it out. Rinse and repeat sister, rinse and repeat lol, thats all I can say. =) The baking soda is strong enough on its own to do its thing, the acv i believe helps to balance out pH level
Hey queen!!! thanks for watching the video =) You are the bomb! thank u so much for you support =) Dont forget in the info box I posted a link to a site that gives u directions on how to use the cleanse and gives u some good info on it. Check it out if u like dear. I look forward to hearing from you soon =) ttyl God bless you
Hey! thanks for watching. It worked out fine for me, but if it'll make u more comfortable you can rinse the baking soda out with plain water first and then do the acv/water mix. Everybodys hair reacts differently to different methods so try what u feel is best =) Thanks again girlie!
Can people with a perm use this method??? I have only seen natural people use baking soda
