The Final Jeopardy clue is incorrect. Rasputin was indeed his true last name and it did not mean licentious. It is also a common last name in Russia. The russian word for licentious is rasputny but its a completely different word with different roots.
Ck out the Wikipedia entry on Celebrity Jeopardy. It looks like Carol Burnett has won several times. As a matter of fact, I couldn't see where she had actually been beaten.

Alex: Day and night, night and Day, we'll give it to you.
Regis: Couldn't wait to say No, could you?
Audience laughs.

He thought 700 would be doubled to 1400. Regis' math is fine, he just doesn't know the rules.

@SeungYeonFan It said Rasputin meant "the debauched one." The clue said "licentious acts" earned him the nickname.
