It has happened to me before and just like this it runs slow so I told the attendant and was told there is a problem with the pump. She said she would put an out of order sign on it and call the repairman. All that could be done was estimate how much it took me for and subtract that amouint from the bill. I at least came close to paying correct amount so I was happy.
ha so I thought this was happening to us earlier on at the pump and I referred the pump attendant to your video cause I had watched it before, that pumps mess up and count gallons and price with out even pumping, jerk didn't believe so I wasted 5 bucks.
