@feyfey88 Talent wise, he is not really that good. Spirit wise, he fight till the end. That's how he beat Chen Hong and Soni Dwi Kuncoro to reach the final. Unfortunately, it was not good enough to match a superior player like Taufik.

taufik has a better focus than lin dan back then and even now, and it is also a factor in their abilities.

Lin Dan cares so much about winning that it affects his game play.

right now taufik has a worse opponent than what other ppl said to be focus

it is aging

taufik's style has to use very great smash power and that is getting away from him.

he has to push his control play even higher to get the kill, but I believe he can do it.
