At 200 feet the Barrett's .50 bullet will disintegrate any limbs it hits or if it hits the torso, leave an exit wound the size of a softball. This guy was shooting people at point blank range and they survived. This is why I fucking play battlefield.

I wouldn't necessarily say either are garbage, but COD is going a little far with the balancing of guns. For another example, the Desert eagle fires a .50 cal Action Express round that will stop any man in his tracks and blow a fist size hole in the chest of the target, and will shatter the head like a watermelon.

TBH I never have problems getting kills and I've actaually gotten a kill @ 50 meters with the 870 (Which is realistic since 12 ga buckshot has an effective range of 100m), never gotten a 1shot at anything farther than 10 feet in CoD.

Bolt actions requiring 2 shots in order to kill someone, add in the fact that you have to zoom out to reload meaning the person just runs away before you can hit them again if you're at any real distance away from them. @R34RACR the barret have a maximum range of 6000m and the minimum "tattical" use is 2000 meters aganist armored...for a +1000m shot you use can use a rifle like M24, M40 or the tac50.
