I don't understand only one thing about this movie , why are they changing Dante at every circle? He's Big at the begining,then skinny , then at one point he looks like a model ... wth? It was so annoying,i felt like his character was changing for each circle.

About the movie : It's really good , i'd recommend it . If you going to watch,watch it on DVD. Enjoy ! :)

I try to watch Dante's Inferno anime and i like the art and the storyline but GOD i hate dumbass crusade over which religion is better and true, and innocents get beaten to death because they deserve it because they heretic that and heretic this it pisses me off if people suffer like that in the crusades. I was excited when I first heard they were making an animated film based on the 1st part of Dante's epic. Then sadly I actually saw this piece of crap! Compared to the original story, this movie sucked ass! Did the film's creators even bother to read Dante's work or did they just skim through the cliff notes? The story and popularity of the Divine Comedy has lasted over 700 years. I'm glad this garbage will be forgotten about in a year or two! Hopefully someone else will get it right next time!

Now , the animation sucks. It's nothing compared to Gainax animations. Come on FLCL has a great animation, im not comparins the plot, im comparing the quality of the animation.
