first concert i remember going to, what a good way to start! i remember they came back out for this encore and the moon was big and bright to the upper left of the stage in grant park.  i always remember this concert and how absolutely fun it all was and how just a month later the mood of everyone around me changed when 9/11 happened.

it was also the BEST show cuz my friend painted a huge painting of Thom and we met him and he signed the painting too. After the end of the show, we saw Thom in the shadows by the tour bus and we screamed THANK YOU! In the dark, we could make out a big smile on Thom's face.

LOL my friend and I were probably standing right next to you! We new the bus driver and he was bringing us orange pop from the bus! Since the Greenwood brothers didn't come over to give autographs he went on the bus and got them for us lol! We took pictures with Ed and Phil. Yes that was an awesome show and it with the Chicago city backdrop behind the stage.

the band's bus arrived while we were waiting hours in line. my friend painted a huge paiting of thom that thom and jonny ended up signing! funny thing is, I am determined to meet thom yorke again. my bf and I make music so hopefully next time it we'll meet as fellow musicians. plus, when I met thom, I had no idea what to say, shook his hand, and said it's great to meet you. still, it was a perfect day.
