I've noticed many symbolic images in his paintings that tend to re-appear in his work. Such as, a grasshopper, ants, lions, and long-limbed elephants. What do these mean?

@ITSbigwillystyle The grasshopper is from his childhood. He once found a slimy fish that had the face of a grasshopper and it frightened him. So to convey fear he paints the insect. The lions head: Dali identifies animals in dreams as symbols of genitalia. Wild beast in particular symbolizes passionate drives. Cant find anything on the ants or elephants in my book tho : )
