I have sat here with no sleep or anything and its been 22 Hours and 25 minutes and still no sign of him. And i've talked to several other hunters who waited in upwards of 28 hours. 8-12 hours after he dies or is tamed he is "Capable" of spawning within 72 hours. Though normally it spawns in less then 30. Completely random.

@CaliWolfProductions This is Located in Grizzly Hills For now, the only spawn point confirmed is beside amberpine lodge (ally camp).
It can be Tamed at lvl 74 with 51 BM talent
