Actor Glenn Shadix who played Otho the interior designer in Bettlejuice died Sept 7 2010 at his condo in Birmingham, Alabama.
R.I.P Glenn Shadix., Reports say Shadix's sister Susan Gayne told The Birmingham news that her brother had been using a wheelchair to get around, and that he had fallen in the kitchen and hit his head.
