Our little group travelled to NYC and had the PRIVILEGE of having the first guide on this video, Robert Murphy, be our guide. He was funny, witty,informative on so many levels, engaging and so many other terms that I cannot possibly believe could be replaced by a recorded voice droning on with whatever inanities some English major who couldn't find a better job wrote for the machine. Stop the insanity and retain the humans!

We had this tour guide Robert Murphy when we were in NYC a year ago. He was a wealth of knowledge and made the whole two hour tour worth while. I think it would be a huge disservice to tourists coming from around the country and international countries. Robert Murphy made us a part of NYC. Don't put in pre-recorded data. NO ONE will listen. Not to mention their personalities and interaction with the tour guide. That made it so much more fun!
