I remember playin this on game gear when I was about 11 during family drives on vacation in Tenerife with my brother. Ugh makes me feel old...I forgot how tinny the music was as well!
@boobidee I think that the Game Boy version was exactly like that. I never tried the Game Gear version, it seems tantalizing but it kinda pisses me off because I wish I could play an actual system without downloading an emulator and roms n' all that junk.
kinda just looks like the megadrive version but really choppy i have it on the master system its exactly the same as this but the people are smaller compaired to the screen size
did anybody else see Sub Zero do a fatality on Johnny Cage and somehow pull off Liu Kang's head?

The graphics were pretty awesome for a 1993 portable game, but too bad it came at the expense of the chop-chop-chop frame rate
