I did the Gatwick-Vegas and then back last May. Be warned it's one long stressful flight lol. You'll have aged couple of years by the time you get off.

Yep... Gatwick-Vegas everyday. The flight from Gatwick is Virgin 43, the flight from Vegas is 44.

Wow....for one thing, I don't live in Las Vegas. I never go to Europe, and I don't fly Virgin Atlantic. I care more about the airline I actually fly on, which is United

Yeah, we get a nice variety of aircraft and airlines at LAS. British Airways started up flights from egll-klas back in October with the 777-200. If you're lucky, you'll see a Korean Air 747, usually they send the 777. Philippines Air sends an A343, Aeromexico stops by, Mexicana, etc. JAL used to come here but not anymore (to my knowledge..).

Today I saw a C-5 Galaxy come in... which was absolutely epic.

Other than that, its pretty much a boring airport when it comes to domestic. haha

Was it originally a 747? I've been seeing the 777 for as long as I can remember. It's nice to occasionally see their 747 come in... mix things up a bit!

Buddy of mine went to Seoul last summer on the 747... both ways too... it was odd.

i'm for sure that KL had the summer schedule fixed with service to LAS with the '47s. i thought that was sticking for good. i agree, it's really cool to see them around here! it's a good variance from VS..

@halo2windows u should try others airlines to see the different :) airlines like emirates, etihad, singapore airlines, lufthansa,airfarnce, swiss.air, cathy !! all these are much better than united!! and for sure, u must go to europe so u can see how is it outside of USA !! it another life, u will love it

What did the trip cost you per person from London?Did it include hotel and meals?

Yeah I was in economy, I didn't really like the service coming back from Gatwick. The service going to Gatwick was great, even though our IFE was screwed up. But other than that, it was a nice, semi cozy trip lol. Hope you enjoy your flight!
