Round "mixer" brush ( CS5 and up ): Wet 12%, Load 100%, Mix 17%, Flow 100%

The ranges Photoshop chose for their mixer brushes fee awful. Only the first bit between 0 and 20 on wet and mix seem to produce anything usable.
