1. there is a very cheap hostel one block from the oktoberfest entrance.

2. the beer sucks balls in most tents, because they were produced months in advance. meaning it will spin your stomach for weeks after... so go to the augustiner brau tent, they have great beer. top notch

3. stay away from aussie college students. every 30 minutes, one of them cut their arms/hands because they hit the glass mugs too strong when cheering, and that glass is really thick. talk about breaking tables...
