its called the urban hopper. wha it does it works like a vehicle mounted camera, much like an atv 360 from spygear, but a lot cooler. its so soldiers don't have to walk into the battle filed to conduct recon, this thing can do it for them!

Too light? what if the robot did a jump on top of the road mine? One would have to explore how much force is being exerted on to the ground when it jumps, but that might just work if the jumping mechanism has a small enough surface area and was laying down 300+ pounds per square inch (not sure what the trigger weight is for a road mine).

I find this hard to belive. When someone or something is jumping, they must put a certain amount of persure into the earth, then the earth returns that equal force. That enables the person to jump. But this device shows no signs of using force, it just "jumps" right into the air. So this machine is contradicting the Laws of Gavitation. Flimsy, just flimsy.
