i hated this phone.. i got tired of it after a week and went to walmart and got a prepaid phone... it is sitting in my desk right now. it freezes all the time an sometimes it tells you that you have a new message when you dont. the keyboard is hard to use and is very annoying... dont buy this phone..

I want this phone but some of the reviews i have read have said that the internet browser is slow and takes a while to load. But i have had that happen with the Palm Pixi. yea i have the tilt two and its amazing, its kinda slower than the iphone but keyboard makes up for it, and the speaker is alot louder, and the screen is srtonger doesnt crack so easily

depends I'd get the Pure if you don't mind the on-screen keyboard. The Tilt 2 is bigger thicker and more likely to have problems, ex: Slider

The Bold 9700 breaks really easily, I when through 3 new 1s in less than 2 weeks. The 9000 is great but the back will start to peal off and the trackball will burn out in about 2-5 years.

Its more as windows mobile is terrible. The palm pre has a 3.1 inch screen and its easy to use your fingers. The HTC hero has 3.2 inch screen and its easy to use with fingers.

Just compare this with this with Sony Ericsson Satio 12.0m camera, walkman, 16GB memory card

thank you, tho you are too late. I went ahead and got the samsung impression, only for 2 reasons. 1. I realized any smart phone now requires you to purchase a $30 a month data plan (which I don't want) 2. The phone has a beautiful display and since it's not a smart phone (and I am on family plan) I can get the data plan for $10 :-)
