How many people since his prime put the Supastarrr over? Ventura and Hogan are the two biggest names that come to mind....very few then and since cut a promo like him. The SBG of the 80's was a diluted version of the real thing, strung out on roids and other drugs. The man overcome it all and remains alive today.

You just don't know do you the history b/t wrestlers and boxers? How they've always idolized each other and hung out with each other? Ali was a huge fan of wrestling as a boy. Ali freely admits creating his persona based on the great Gorgeous George. Superstar was just putting Ali over smooth as glass. Come on give it up. The rhyme was divine. Bet you him and Ali was on the phone back then trading him back and forth. Now I see why the Superstar is still so influential 30 years later.
