These are so challenging. I remember when these were first added into our weight plan (I'm a middle distance runner mostly 800m-1500m), my hamstrings were hurting for days.
Erin - you are awesome, wife and think your physique is great, i place you above your competition each time, genetically and condition wise you are just better!!!! my wife is 8wks out from her first natty bb show. the carb cycle, cardio, diet stuff has been rough, she is a critical care doctor and a research scientist by day, getting in the bid cardio + training split this depleted has been a challenge, you inspire though!!!! I handle her prep work/diet, she watches vids of your legs to inspire
those are very effective, but i think the crossed one-legged hop/crawl exercise that the guy in the red was doing is more effective...take notes erin...he is on his way to the top!
