I ate so many rolls in that place it was'nt funny. After it got corny We ran the VIP stage at Industry in Melrose park. Club kiddes 2000. After hours party at 9 a.m.

@tasos007 Go to Crescendo. I think Gus owns it or I know he at least dj's there all the time. Not sure what happened to Tommy and not sure if they ever got arrested for everything that went down there.

@seanj0n its still on VHS. I have it though. I dont own a vcr so i'll have to borrow one from someone to get it on my computer. I'll try though. Sorry for the shitty copy by the way. Its a crap capture card and i had to use rca's to get the video/audio on my computer.
Good to see this video brings back some good memories for you guys too! The Vibe will be playing top 40 remix. It definitely won't be anything like the "old" Crobar. They will be catering to an entirely different clientele.

@VinylJunky420 - I agree. After they remodeled, they went downhill. No more Crokids, no more Psycho Bitch or Teri Bristol, and overpriced drinks. It sucked. Rumor has it they are reopening the club as The Vibe sometime in the next month or two. If it goes the same as the last remodel, its going to take 6 months before they are open again....
I've recently went there and crobars is now vibe and they kept it pretty much the same & now its a hip hop club...its aight ..& i was at spybar yesterday now that kinda got that crobar vibe ......beautiful go go girls there damn.....i miss xl's and the old school crobar before it was remodeled if anyone has footage of them days please post i wana see that jeep again lol with the headlights on....i used to stare right in them......
@VinylJunky420 The Crobar I remember was between 97-02. Those were some fun times back then. Once they reopened, the place lost its edge and never lived up to its former self. Went there on 4/17 for their last party and had a blast. I doubt "The Vibe" will do much better once it reopens. Btw, what is the name of the song 48 seconds in?
Unfortunately, we lost another great club in Chicago last night. Crobar closed its doors at 5am for the last time. For 5 hours, I forgot it was 2010 and was taken back about 10 years. Psycho Bitch killed it! All old school progressive like what she used to play at XL. Going to miss that place!
@chriissyluvsu - LOL everyone that see's the vid says the same thing. Loverboy is retired...he's doing his thang with his band now. Unless you want to pay about 10k to have him spin....then he says he'll come out of retirement lol.
