  • Ur supplements r steroids so f off prick...

  • @Yasaernator You are retarded! A simple question! You really think steroids alone can make someone look like that?

  • @CharlesDick

Yah.im my off days from the gym,my

recovery nutrition is custom structured to

repair, recover & rebuild broken down

muscle tissue quickly. Using special calorie

& macronutrient shifting techniques my muscle

recovery is extremely rapid muscle soreness is

often eliminated. Here's the site im talking about:

    MusclesMaximizer.info

  • Man this guy shits like a truck

  • @RexieTheKing how does a truck shit exactly?

  • @commandant15 you need to catch Jay in the bathroom taking a dump and you will find out :}

  • one meal for this guy= one day for me

  • "I rise" LOL

  • @Coreyad0909 yams are like potatoes... But they are sweet and red colored. You can, and I think you usually, cook them without peeling them. They taste really good man.

And if you mash them, throw one marshmallow while the mashed yams are hot, and the marshmallow will melt and make the yams really delicious. ^_^

  • What are yams ?

  • What are yams ?

  • Hey! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my friend lost lots of weight with it.

  • Jay, you're forgetting the steroids

  • Hi! Have you considered intellectus diet (search on google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • That's a lot of food dude!

  • wtf at meal 5 its 7:00 and sunny outside

  • holy shit this guy eats alot

  • holly shit what the fuck happened to this guy is he going to be ok ?

  • @321boileranimal what do you mean?

  • Creatine doesnt work, it's placebo. It has been scientifically proven in numerous peer review journals that creatine monohydrate doesnt improve performance.

  • @sirdelrio Your retarded CREATINE does work. Don't tell me it dont. Show me these "numerous peer review journals."

  • @DLCox18 enter sciencedirect com and type 'creatine monohydrate'.

  • @sirdelrio Creatine intake along with training was shown to cause a substantial increase in the number of satellite cells and myonuclei compared to strength training alone and strength training with protein intake. Creatine intake with resistance training showed the greatest increase in muscle fiber size compared to other groups

  • @sirdelrio LOL yeah sure thing buddy!

  • @pyk420biatch a lot of science in the way for you 'buddy'

  • @sirdelrio Yeah sure thing "buddy", guess creatine in meat is also a placebo! We can talk about science when your country graduates past coffee and cocaine! Until then keep practicing english, so you learn to write a sentence that starts with a capital letter!

  • @pyk420biatch what? capital letter? is that all you got? "my country"?? yes, creatine exists in meat, it's a component of muscle tissue. but if you knew anything about metabolism and digestion, you'd know that it won't help you much. do you even know the meaning of placebo? no capital letters for you, dick.

  • @pyk420biatch You DON'T need to ingest creatine, it is naturally synthesized in the in the kidney and liver, from aminoacids. Your muscle head of gym guy is too far from any science discussion. You should be ashamed that a 3rd world guy can school you in biology. Go to sciencedirect-dot-com and type creatine monohydrate, and don't go with JUST ONE article, compare dozens, see the contradictory results. I doubt you could evaluate the relevance or adecuacy of ONE SINLGE article.

  • @pyk420biatch Before you start complaining, studies in rats are done because of identical metabolism with humans. Alright?

Creatine does not promote hypertrophy in skeletal muscle in supplemented compared with nonsupplemented rats subjected to a similar workload

Nutrition Research, Volume 31, Issue 8, August 2011, Pages 652-657

  • @pyk420biatch Low-dose creatine supplementation enhances fatigue resistance in the absence of weight gain. Nutrition, Volume 27, Issue 4, April 2011, Pages 451-455. "There were no significant differences in body mass, fat-free mass, fat mass, body fat percentage, total body water, or maximal strength in either group from before to after supplementation (all P > 0.05). Plasma creatine increased significantly in the creatine group, with no difference in the placebo group"

  • @pyk420biatch grab a napkin.

  • @pyk420biatch and assuming that it does give you some ATP power, so you can train harder, AND THEREFORE, gain muscle (not precisely a direct causation, right?), you should also check articles on the downsides of CM supplementation, which are no small thing. I hope steroids have not corroded your brain or your interest in remaining healthy and not dying.

  • @bigpoppamike1978 if you keep your current food intake and lift, you will gain muscle mass, but your body fat will remain almost constant. muscle is constantly being build and destroyed, but fat only gets stored, once stored it will remain, unless you target its breakdown with cardio exercise. also, fat burning is optimized with no previous carb intake (low glycemic index in blood) and medium effort cardio (high effort only burns glucose and glycogen).

  • @sirdelrio true im guessing ur talking about going at "fat burning zone"? actually high inensity cardio helps with more then just that. high inensity interval training say on a treadmill. going 30 seconds at mod pace then 30 seconds all out. repeat for 20-30 min will help with aerobic capacity. conditioning. and peripheral circ. if ur circ is bad ur pump is bad. therefore u wont grow. lastly cardio done this way helps speed up ur bmr when UR NOT in the gym... unlike light jogging for an hour.

  • Oh my God, just admit that you do steroids already.

  • Jay Cutler: (To the camera) My diet? Oh, Meal 1, anything made by MuscleTech. Meal 2, anything made by MuscleTech. Meal 3, anything made by MuscleTech. Meal 4, anything made by MuscleTech. Meal 5, anything made by MuscleTech.

MuscleTech Owner: Good job, Jay. Don't know what you really eat. But good job in the video. Keep the money rolling in. (Hands Jay a paycheck)

  • @DrBananaKing7000 So you think these pros do not use any protein shakes at all ? I wonder sometimes so i am asking

  • @AIMANALI Oh I'm sure from time to time they do, but probably sparingly. These monsters rely on large amounts of real food.

  • @DrBananaKing7000 brooo lmao that was funny ass fuckk

  • omg after his workout he looks alot bigger!

  • ur a ugly cunt to big mate!

  • The only thing he fails to say is the core to all his results is HGH and Steroids. If your staying Natural the diet is right but he throws in every MuscleTech supplement because that's his sponsor. A lot of those different supplements mixed with all kinds of things are not needed. All you need is Whey Protein, BCAAs, L-Glutamine, Creatine, Omega-3 Fish Oil, Multi Vitamin/Mineral pack, and Nitric Oxide. The Creatine and N.O. is cycled.

  • heyy i have had trouble in the past with gainning muscle mass. can u plz email me at hagop123321@yahoo.com

  • @818mrAlkash to gain mass you need to train hard, eat, and rest. if you dont train hard, there is no stimuli in muscle tissue and inmune system will not build up tissue. eating is necessary cause mass is not created out of nothing, 1st law of thermodynamics: you need to intake mass to build up mass, you gain more mass cause of stimuli. and you need to rest in order for inmune system to do its job. i've gained 25kg training three times a week.

  • Please comment and "like" this video!

  • big blonde and massive. this is a true muscle god. he is the greatest. go jay
