  • he is right next to hendrix in my opinion

  • @MsMonkeybutt1234 Blackmore >>>> Hendrix (+all others)

  • Tell you what, Mr Blackmore and Jeff Beck would make an interesting session. Both have unique tecneecs, What about it you two????

  • His playing reminds me of early Purple tunes!

  • for me the best! Rainbow power forever.

  • anybody knows what pickups is he using?! Pls help.

  • @kamwys as far as I know Ritchie's using Seymour Duncan Quarter Pound Flat pickups:)

  • @Purplesnake41 I think he used them in 80s, but here he uses something else, can it be lace sensor gold?

  • @kamwys he is using Seymour Duncan in his signature model.

  • @kamwys

yes, he uses Lace Sensor Gold. He never used the Quarter Pound and they really do not sound Blackmore alike.

As far as I can remember he used a Schecter F 500 back then, which looks (and also should sound) similar to the SSL-4.

  • @Picato75 The fender lace sensor gold and the lace sensor gold by lacemusic are the same?

  • @ubi008

yes should be. as Don Lace is the man developed these pickups and they were/are distributed by Fender. Obviously he is also running his own company/distribution, but the pickups are the same.

  • @kamwys

Lace Sensor Gold Pickups for many many years now!

  • Ritchie Blackmore has the habit of always touching the pickup selector. :)

  • @ZosoPage83 He is not just touching it ;) He is one of the few guitarrists that change pickups several times during a solo.

  • Man can this guy play guitar or what... amazing, great, unbelivable :D he the true guitar hero!

  • Ritchie is playing the guitar once again? that's great news!

  • sounds like strange kind of woman at the end.!! never heard BN beforen They are cool, Ritchie is still King but I WISH he would do a RAINBOW gig again

  • @SirUlrichVonLichtens

That was the start of Black Night..right at the end.

  • Please start rainbow again!

  • I don't know very much Blackmore's Night, what's the name of that bassist?

    He sounds amazing here!

  • His name is Bob Curiano. He is an amazing bass player and musician at all. Playing several instruments, great voice and singing in perfect pitch also! He played bass on my album "Purple Eyes" :D

  • God dam, I can't still believe that Ritchie plays guitar with those shoes on man. Cu on Ritchie, stop messing around and hang up with Turner for world tour. I'm askiiiing.

  • 1st..Village In The Sand..2nd...Black Night.
