The instructors were trying to teach and the show hosts were acting stupid and fooling around. It was a slap in the face to Krav Maga and Martial Arts the world over!
@MidnightCardinal exactly , most of the audience for this show is middle aged people who r not in shape. this is more for marketing. krav maga is a lot more than this , but it's not "audience friendly" when it comes to this show.
This video is a travesty. KM is NOT a workout. It's a combat technique which is taught with very serious intentions. As a qualified instructor - taught directly from IKMF in Israel this video is a complete misrepresentation of what we teach. Awful video and I highly doubt these 'teachers' are qualified KM instructors.
That would be so frustrating. It's like, "Just punch the freakin' pad, dangit!" It's understandable if their amateurs, but still, they make Krav Maga look like it's not a good workout cuz they're screwing around. It's OUTSTANDING if you do it correctly and take it seriously.
