I liked someone's idea of circulating multiple copies of the speech being given...each copy could have a number, so that if one person gets hauled off, the next person in the order could pick up where they left off. The people with the speech copies could be dispersed throughout the group, so to make it harder for them to be reached.

I think NDAA is passed to intimidate people from speaking up and organizing in public. People do not even need to be detained indefintely, the threat alone of a possible detention with dubious chargesand without a fair trial will send people to opt for silence instead of speaking out for justice.
