Like Peter Rallis stated, it's a war film, not a Sci-fi film,action film, or action thriller. People didn't go to this movie for a good plot with amazing visuals on the side, they watched the movie becuase of the amazing visuals. So if you didn't like this movie, don't go to war films.
@IAmJayAre1 even as a war film it did nothing for me but give me a ton of ideas for a spoof. I could scene for scene spoof that movie without fail that's how much material that film gave me to work with.
