  • The vacuum pump allows the film positive to be compressed tight against the screen and the glass. This prevents under-cutting of the exposure light. Your screen will hold better detail if you use an Exposure Unit with a vacuum pump.

  • Yes, there are 6 UV tuned blacklights.

    Exposure time on 110 mesh screen with photopolymer emulsion is 2 to 3 minutes.

    Higher mesh count screens are even faster.
