Sorry! It's really very simple however, hit the red "write" button, and F8 select on Patch/Rhythm/Sample Set, then name it, F8 select and choose a location, finally F8 to write the patch.
There's already a lot of beat making videos knocking around on youtube, I'm not really a hiphop musician so there's not a lot of point me even trying!
To be honest I'm not really into that type of music, I only made this video on request for someone on the Roland Clan forums. It was just the closest type of music it sounded to me.

@djlaproductions After you've spent a while learning how synthesis works it just comes naturally.
If you just want beginner sounds theres hundreds of presets on there you can work from anyway, but they're not very original.
