I still don't understand the difference between Nominal Gdp and Real dp...and nominal income and real income. Is nominal gdp not taking inflation into account and real gdp is taking inflation into account?
@superfaheem If i understand correct,in a way ppl calculate GDP is in order to see the growth rate/year. That Inflation is not taking into account in this model when using REAL GDP - pls correct me if i am wrong.
