@torrestan29 actually its gung fu. America romanized it as "kung" fu. But in cantonese it is known as Chinese Gung Fu. Because Wing Chun is a southern style, cantonese is the main language spoken in southern style, thus Yip Man is filmed in cantonese. Hence the occassional mandarin subtitle here and there during the movie.
