  • huhhuu toi ampasee

  • I'm just curious which igniter trigger you used on the engine side

  • @EricDoesWork

It's made by Gizzmo. It just connected to ecu and it will cut ignition for keeping rev's where you have set them.

  • fast ass wrexy.....niiiiiiiiiiiice!!

  • wat is the thing with the little screen

  • @twobimmers That's the Gizzmo launch controller.

  • nice g tech =]

  • Elä hyvä mies autoas särje

  • Ei autot voi rikki mennä :)

  • if am seeing righ the had two rpm gauges

  • true

  • has this car still got the stock wrx tranny in it??

because you're getting pretty epic wheel spin... either you:

    - have a different gearbox

    - are going to break yours soon

    - or have cheap tyres...

  • STI 6-speed gearbox

  • dosent the launch controller do damage to the factory boxer engine?

  • It can burn you cat - if you have one :)

  • NOPE hahah

  • no more shift buzzer light? the stock one...

  • My car is WRX (not STI) so there is no shift light at all. Except I have changed my tacho meter so it's there :)

  • hi mate, great vid!!

Did you find the gizzmo didn't work well at less than 5500, Im just doing mine and at 3500 seams to bounce to low if you know what I mean da........da.........da..........da not da.da.da.da. like yours, then dies in the ass of the line. ? Do you hold foot flat to the floor an start off or just enough for it to bounce off 5500. thanks Mate.

  • The proper RPM level is depended of you car. You can use 3500 if you have enough power to launch control in that level :)

For me best results was around 5000-5500..

  • Hi I actually just purchased my Gizzmo because of this video. Thing is when I put my 2 step at 6800 my car only creates 5 psi but the rpms go to 6000 and drop down to 1000 and it just keeps on doing that. Did I do something wrong? Also how much PSI are you doing when your coming out at 5500.

  • its called flat foot shifting. when the clutch is pressed in, the gizzmo will set the rev limit back down to 5500 in this case, so you can shift and keep boost levels up instead of losing your boost when you shift.

  • y does ur car sound bad like when u shift seems like it lost all power and sputters?

  • lol i thought the sound of the rock was his hard shifting lol

  • nice vid!!!!

  • why dose it sputter like that?

  • Got Damn!!!!

  • i got the gizzmo DS2L. i'll vouche for a good product. i have no problem with it.

  • Have you have any flaws or issue yet. How reliable do think this product is, it sounds interesting!

  • what shift light is that?

  • It's also Gizzmo products... I'm pretty happy with it.

  • CHECK OUT UR GIZZMO LAUNCH CONTROLLER! THIS IS HOW IS SUPOSE TO WORK.. IS GOIN TO READ "GIZZMO STi"!!! LOOK FOR IT BROS!!!!!

REPRESENTING LAS VEGAS! Team KNOCTERNAL THREAT!

  • Nice!!!!

  • you need to shift faster if your flat foot shifting. theres way to much hesitation between shifts

  • yep i know. that was first time when testing gizzmo's lc ;)

it's so difficult to keep gas foot down when starting to change gear ;)

  • are u just clutch dumping? hope you're not. whats with the shifting? looks like its lagging or failing to grab and its hitting the limiter again, i don't think its set up for your car correctly.

  • I think it's called "flat foot shifting". Setup was made how it should be.

In the first launch I was raising my gas pedal little bit. Thats why RPM was getting under (~ 5100rpm) what was set in the Gizzmo. Second launch was perfect (for Gizzmo point of view) but tarmac was wet (after rain) and all four wheels are loosing grip during launch ;)

  • yeah! i knew it was the flat foot shifting taking place when you shifted. but you are still clutching in when you shift so its eliminating the point of what the 'gizmo' is doing. anyway, what it does is bring and HOLDS the RPMS at the level the next gear would be in, so you could flat shift into it. Notice how when you shift, the rpm's are holding at one point, but drop back down to the correct point. I don't think they are set correctly for your car, as it's supposed to hold the rpm at nextgear

  • Very Nice!!!
