Pakistan should be a secular state and every person should have religious freedom to exercise their faith. In order to promote tolerance we should also change the name of our country. It should be United States of Pakistan instead of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. We should divide Pakistan into 16 states, i.e. 10 million people for every state. Go to 1:10 into the video, the woman collects a bunch of ballot papers and then starting 1:20 she puts her thumbprint on the corresponding papers in the vote ledger, only she puts her thumb print on about 10 of them and then goes into the polling booth with the actual votes that were torn off of them.
