As an engineer and a Tibetan - I have to say that this is most ridiculous thing I have ever heard... plain propaganda without scientific facts to back up... simply pathetic... - 'military occupation'? are you outta ur mind? have u no idea of how much infrastructural improvement the Chinese are making in Tibet??? Do u know that these dams are powering homes and farms in Tibet? You sir, are nothing but a brainwashed pawn of Western propaganda who fails to see the truth in Tibet right now...

@kesaer Hello Kesaer--I have never heard of a Tibetan engineer in Tibet. So you are living where exactly? Are you aware that there are over 400,000 PLA troops in Tibet? That certainly qualifies for military occupation. The dams are not for Tibetans. They are to power Chinese industry and mining enterprises. Tibetans have gotten along for centuries using yak-dung as main source of power. And they still do use this.
