I think you got the gold part wrong but the rest of this looks pretty good. The reason the dollar rises and falls has to do with how much money is actually in circulation and the demand for it. Buying gold would only effect the dollar to a small degree because they aren't linked anymore. If people started using gold as a medium of exchange again, that would be a different story...

you make a good point. I would take it one step further and say that money isn't worth or based on anything anyway. With the fractional reserve lending system in place, people are being robbed and aren't even aware of it. But I wouldn't say their ignorance is really their fault. It's not like there are news stories or teacher's in the classroom showing people how banks lend money they never had and then charge interest to boot. From what I know, citizens buying gold won't cause the dollar to collapse. It's all the Fed's printing that will make the dollar collapse. The more they print, the less each dollar is worth thus the higher the price of things. Things don't change price, it's just that the currency is worth less thanks to inflation so it takes more of that currency to buy the thing. So, you buy hard assets like gold, silver, commodities, real estate, etc, before inflation hits causing everything to cost more.

I think you got the gold part wrong but the rest of this looks pretty good. The reason the dollar rises and falls has to do with how much money is actually in circulation and the demand for it. Buying gold would only effect the dollar to a small degree because they aren't linked anymore. If people started using gold as a medium of exchange again, that would be a different story...

you make a good point. I would take it one step further and say that money isn't worth or based on anything anyway. With the fractional reserve lending system in place, people are being robbed and aren't even aware of it. But I wouldn't say their ignorance is really their fault. It's not like there are news stories or teacher's in the classroom showing people how banks lend money they never had and then charge interest to boot. It blows me away how the system is set up and nobody knows.

From what I know, citizens buying gold won't cause the dollar to collapse. It's all the Fed's printing that will make the dollar collapse. The more they print, the less each dollar is worth thus the higher the price of things. Things don't change price, it's just that the currency is worth less thanks to inflation so it takes more of that currency to buy the thing. So, you buy hard assets like gold, silver, commodities, real estate, etc, before inflation hits causing everything to cost more.

What wealth will they have left when the dollar completely fails? The buying of gold is the least of the dollar's worries. The NWO wants the dollar to fail, but they don't want us to have gold/silver. Ever notice all the ads for companies buying gold? Its robbery. It is blatant robbery of us sheeple.

@chemlin , what do you mean? In answering his post that was mostly about gold & silver & the dollar losing value, you brought up company ads. I noticed you did a part on company logos. How does this tie in with gold and silver as a stable currency and/or investment? I told everyone that would listen to buy gold in 2004 and 2005. It was $400 in 04. Around 530$ in 2005. Now it's $1250? Too bad my family didn't listen, they would have been multi-millionaires today.

@MankindForRevolution gold and silver hasn't increased in 50 years like it is now. In the past 30 yeas it went up only 4% every five years. Now it's jumped up to over 60-80% in the last 4-5 years??? smells like fish to me. or a lot of bullshit. look at the track record. plus whats it going to be worth after a major crash? nothing we will trade bread for milk. pig for cow. etc history repeats itself.

Peter Schiff and others aren't making things worse! WHen the herd catches wind of this it will be a landslide of dollar buying.
The people that are inquisitive and savvy that are being warned are peons...mere peons.
Yeah...they make it .05% incrementally worse wow that saves some people some money the inevitable mass awakening of the sheep to gold and silver is unaffect either way.

gold silver and salt...people clamber for these items, when bad things are on the horizon
as for Glenn Beck(Alex Jones does the same thing)...He's just another Hate/Fear monger, trying to whip his viewers into a frenzy, in hopes of a violent outcome...All I know is, that the media has been up to this for a while now...Remember Morton Downey Jr.? or Wally George?...It's just getting a lot more attention now.
